How ordering works
- Choose the finished size that suits your pet and pose. Cats and dogs use the same size options.
- Pay a 50% deposit today. Submit your pet photos through our photo submission page.
- After we receive your photos and confirm the details with you, we begin production. Estimated production time is about 40 days from that confirmation.
- We share progress photos and send the finished portrait for your approval.
- After approval, we send a secure invoice for the remaining 50%.
The finished size is measured by whichever dimension is longer: height or length. The deposit is shown at checkout; each size option also states the full price.
