What will my companion replica look like?
Each full-body wool portrait is handmade from your pet’s photographs. We use the images and details you share to recreate their expression, markings and pose. A handmade portrait is an interpretation rather than a photographic copy.
What is included?
Your order includes the handmade portrait, the Secret Memory Capsule, a fitted illuminated display case and a USB Type-C cable. A wall power adapter is not included.
How do I choose a size?
The selected size is the portrait’s longest finished dimension, whether height or length. The fitted display case dimensions vary with the size and pose. Contact us before ordering if you have a fixed display space.
What can I put in the Secret Memory Capsule?
After delivery, you can place a small keepsake inside, such as fur, a collar tag, a note or a small portion of ashes. You do not need to send irreplaceable keepsakes to us.
Ordering and making
What photos should I send?
Share your clearest photos, including front, side and full-body views and close-ups of distinctive details. Older or limited photos are welcome; we will review them with you. Submit your pet photos.
How do payment and production work?
Pay a 50% deposit when ordering. After we receive your photos and confirm the details with you, making takes about 40 days. We send progress photos and the finished portrait for your approval. The remaining 50% is due after approval.
Can I request adjustments?
Before final approval, you can request reasonable adjustments to visible details supported by your photographs and agreed specifications. Changes outside the agreed size, pose or specifications are not included.
Delivery and care
Where do you ship?
Our initial service area includes the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Germany, France, the Netherlands, Belgium, Austria, Spain and Italy. Contact us before ordering for other destinations. Standard shipping is included for eligible destinations.
How do I care for my replica?
Keep the wool sculpture dry and display it inside the included case. It cannot be washed.
Can I cancel or return an order?
You may cancel for a deposit refund before production begins. After production begins, the deposit is non-refundable. After final approval, custom pieces cannot be returned or exchanged. If your parcel is damaged, lost or incorrect, contact us; for damage or an incorrect delivery, contact us within one day and provide photos or video of the packaging, product and shipping label.
Will my photos be shared publicly?
Only with your separate permission. Submitting photos for production does not automatically grant permission for public display.
